Dîner De Perfusion (DDP) is the parent company of DDP Dining Club. DDP's mission is to work with community members, grassroots organizations, advocacy groups, government entities, members of Congress and business to assist in the repeal of national marijuana prohibition, allowing responsible adults to consume cannabis product both medically and recreationally.

No stranger to producing high-end events as the Principal of luxury lifestyle brand HNC1978, one of many HNC Enterprises, Incorporated entities, Howard has also been producing & hosting small to large-scale fundraising, charity, sports, nightlife events, dinner/unique experiences & galas for organizations including Autism Society of America, Stand Up 2 Cancer, Gucci, Bulgari, America’s Polo Cup, John Hopkins' Kimmel Cancer Research Center, Bravo’s Real Housewives, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Iconic Rock Band Journey, American Cancer Society & many more.
Also no stranger to the dining industry, Howard has also studied & managed under Wolfgang Puck Catering managing events at The Newseum, Smithsonian Museums of American Art, Air & Space, American Indian and many more. Through his management consulting firm, HNC Communications & Marketing, he has also represented/worked with restaurants chains like Fig & Olive, Ritz Carlton's West End, Hard Rock Cafe, & more.
He brings his attention to detail, a flair for the dramatic, love of "people -connecting", cannabis-reform advocation & promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit to inspire and motivate guests of each Dîner de Perfusion event. His aim is to promote & support each host city's cannabis and small business communities by uniting friends and strangers alike from diverse backgrounds for a night of elegance, great food, arts, music, dancing and communion in a space conducive to community-building.
